Webinar: Q&A with Darrel Skubinna & Chuck Kelleher

Darrel A. Skubinna joined KBR in 2019 as a Senior Lead IT Analyst where he is responsible for the Accreditation and Authorization of 35+ USAF Medical Clinics. Prior to joining KBR, Darrel worked for AECOM as the IT Manager running the US Navy’s Electronic Warfare Range, to include the Navy’s premier “Top-Gun” school located in Fallon, Nevada.

Prior to entering the civilian sector, Darrel retired from the Marine Corps as Chief Warrant Officer 3 (Network Operations and Systems Officer). His 20 years of service saw tours in Europe, Western Africa, Afghanistan, several locations in the far East to include Japan, India, and of course, several postings in the continental United States. 
Aside from being a Marine Security Guard at various embassies, a Martial Arts Instructor, Darrel developed and taught at the Marine Corp’s Military Occupational School, producing the first formal course specific to Information Assurance/Cyber Security.

Darrel is currently active in his community where he serves on the Board of Directors of the Marine Embassy Guard Association. He is married to his wife Stacy and has three beautiful daughters.
