Heather Romero is an engineering fellow for Raytheon Intelligence & Space. She is currently the embedded Cyber / Anti-Tamper Tech Area Director responsible for evaluating and overseeing investment in new technologies to provide improved defense and cyber resiliency for key systems. Heather has worked in the security domain for over 15 years within software and systems engineering focusing on cyber research, systems integrity, and software assurance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from CalPoly SLO and a Master of Science degree in Cyber Security Engineering from USC.
